Application Requirements
Our application process is structured to provide a comprehensive view of each candidate’s profile. Required components include:
- Academic Transcripts: We review academic performance to ensure candidates have a strong foundation for our rigorous curriculum. For undergraduate and high school applicants, we require official transcripts from all previously attended institutions. Graduate applicants must submit transcripts from their undergraduate studies.
- Personal Statement/Statement of Purpose: This is your opportunity to tell us your story. We want to hear about your motivations, your intellectual interests, and why you believe Kingsman is the right place for you. We encourage you to be authentic and to articulate how you see yourself fitting into our interdisciplinary framework.
- Letters of Recommendation: We require two letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your academic and personal strengths. Ideally, one should be from a teacher or professor who knows you well, and another from someone who can speak to your creative or professional abilities.
- Portfolio/Work Sample: Depending on your chosen programme, we require a portfolio or work sample that showcases your skills and creative potential. This could be a music recording, a design portfolio, a writing sample, or a portfolio of creative coding projects. We are looking for originality and evidence of your unique perspective.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which may be conducted in person or via video call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask questions about our community.
