The Kingsman International Music Academy at the University of Latvia has unveiled an ambitious new programme to nurture the next generation of composers in the Baltic region. Announced in November 2024, the Baltic Young Composers Initiative is set to become a cornerstone of the academy’s mission to foster creativity and innovation in contemporary music.

The Baltic Young Composers Initiative provides a dedicated platform for aspiring composers from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia to develop their craft.
